Summary: The Cumberland Valley product made two appearances for the Knights (59-53, third place in the International League South Division) last week, both away. Schryver pitched one inning on July 30 against the Norfolk Tides and struck out the side. His next game against the Gwinnett Stripers saw him pitch two innings, allow five hits and strike out two. He returns to his home state on Friday with the Knights taking on the Lehigh Valley IronPigs at 7:05.

Summary: The Camp Hill/Shippensburg University grad picked up his fourth win of the season on July 30 for the first-place RedHawks (45-27) who went 4-2 last week. In the 9-8 win over the Chicago Dogs, Hope pitched two innings, allowed six hits and five runs.

Hope saw one other appearance on the week, pitching 2.1 innings and striking out one.

Summary: The West Perry alumnus made his move from the Southern Illinois Miners in the independent league into the Minnesota Twins’ organization on Thursday, now lending a hand to the Elizabethton Twins (23-21, second in the Appalachian League West).

He got his first start on Saturday against the Bristol Pirates and did not disappoint. He got the win in his two innings pitched, striking out four and allowing just two hits in the 9-6 win.
