  • Cumberland Valley swept Central Dauphin 3-0 (set scores: 25-23, 25-16, 25-16) Tuesday to clinch its second straight Mid-Penn Commonwealth title and the District 3 Class 3A top seed, according to the team's Twitter account. The Eagles are 15-0 (11-0) with one more division game left.
  • Kieran Smithmyer had 13 kills and two aces, but Carlisle dropped a 3-1 home decision to State College. The Thundering Herd turned a 25-18 first-set loss into a tight battle the rest of the way (set scores: 25-18, 25-23, 24-26, 25-22). Sam Candland had a double-double with 11 kills, 11 digs, three aces and two blocks.
  • Red Land battled Mechanicsburg to a 3-2 victory, escaping with a thrilling 20-18 fifth-set win to seal it. Ethan Smith dished out 41 assists for the Wildcats, and Justin Horst (14 kills, 10 digs) and Bryce Weenink (10 kills, 10 assists) each had double-doubles.
  • Jacob Hamm had five kills, three aces and two digs in Northern's 3-0 road loss to Palmyra.
