  • West Perry will face Central Dauphin in Thursday's Mid-Penn Championship game after the Mustangs beat Greencastle-Antrim 10-2 in Wednesday's semifinal. Cheyenne Shughart homered and doubled during a 3-for-4 day, knocking in two runs to set up the title match. And Cori Ritter tossed a complete-game, three-strikeout effort while going 1-for-4 with a run scored at the dish. Gretchen Frederick also had a big day at the plate for WP, going 3-for-4 with three RBIs, two runs and a double. CD beat Palmyra 5-2 in the other semi.
  • Cumberland Valley closed the regular season with a 15-3 five-inning win thanks to homers from Olivia Hamme (1-for-4, 2 RBIs) and Rachel Thompson (1-for-4, 3 RBIs). Eagles pitching struck out six in the victory.
  • Shippensburg also closed the regular season with a 3-0 shutout of Red Land, getting a 10-strikeout, four-inning gem from Emily Wenner in the circle. Wenner also helped her on cause with a bat, going 1-for-3 with a triple, RBI and run.
