  • Red Land plated three runs in the top of the third inning, using that to pull out a 6-2 road victory Wednesday over Cumberland Valley and take a one-game lead in the Mid-Penn Commonwealth. Kyle Hannon (2-for-4) cracked a home run and had two RBIs. Luke Wagner was 1-for-2 with an RBI. Cole Wagner threw five innings for the winning, punching out six.
  • Cedar Cliff coughed up a one-run lead in the bottom of the sixth inning, falling 4-3 at Central Dauphin in the second game of the season. Trey Law tossed five innings, allowing two runs and three hits. And at the plate he went 2-for-4 with a double, run scored and RBI.
  • 2018 PIAA runner-up Camp Hill popped Steel-High 15-0 in four innings as Jackson Thompson finished a homer shy of a cycle, going 3-for-3 with five RBIs and two runs scored. Luke Goodyear and Carson Ebel each threw two innings, fanning five each.
  • Will Mosinski took the loss, allowing three unearned runs in a 6-2 home loss to Mifflin County. At the plate, he went 1-for-1 with a run scored.
  • Isaac Staats threw six innings, allowing two runs with seven Ks, but he didn't get the win with Northern plating three runs in the bottom of the seventh for a 3-2 comeback win over Trinity. 
  • East Pennsboro pounded visiting Middletown 15-0 in three innings. Alejandro Escalet and Preston Powery each went 2-for-2 with a double and two RBIs.
