Meet Ashley and Amelia.
Ashley is a young German Shepherd that was surrendered to Furry Friends when her owner died. She is about 12 months old and did not receive much guidance or attention from her previous owner. She would be best served by a family knowledgeable of German Shepherds and who is willing to give her time and training.
Ashley can be possessive of her owner, so she’ll need a family who is able to manage any issues related to that. She would also do well as an only dog. Furry Friends recommends she not be placed in a home with cats or small children younger than 5.
She is, however, super friendly and sweet to people.
Amelia is a senior domestic short hair who is looking for a quiet, loving home where she can relax. She was originally adopted by a young couple, but Amelia discovered she wasn’t fond of children when the couple expanded their family. She prefers adults and is scared and nervous around children.
Amelia also didn’t care for the new cat in the house. Amelia is great with adults.
This kitty has had initial vaccinations, de-worming, flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and has been micro-chipped and altered or will be to be ready for adoption then.
If you can offer Ashley and Amelia a forever home, please visit the Furry Friends website at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com and complete an application today. Foster homes are needed in order to help more animals like Ashley and Amelia.
