Meet Able and Meadow.
Able is about 2 years old and is likely a Chihuahua mix, though he’s slightly larger than the breed at about 20 pounds.
This happy, little guy somehow ended up wandering the streets. Nothing is known of his history, but he must have been cared for sometime in his past. He is friendly and affectionate, and he warms up quickly to humans.
Able loves to hang out with people and other dogs and will gladly climb into bed with you at night. He is easy to handle and content to just be near you. He will be a charming and wonderful best friend.
Meadow is a sweet girl with beautiful tabby and white markings. She was rescued by Furry Friends along with 10 other kitties—some siblings and some just friends. She is the last one still waiting for a family.
Meadow can be a bit shy at first but will be all over you once she is comfortable. She loves spending evenings cuddling on the recliner watching TV. She also likes to play with pipe cleaner toys and feather wands. She loves to chase flies and will track down any that get into the house.
She seems to prefer humans to other cats, so she would do well in a home as the single pet.
This kitty has had initial vaccinations, de-worming, flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and has been micro-chipped and altered or will be to be ready for adoption then.
If you can offer Able and Meadow a forever home, please visit the Furry Friends website at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com and complete an application today. Foster homes are needed in order to help more animals like Able and Meadow.
