“If I could have any job, I would want to be a paramedic because I like helping people out. I also want to be a paramedic because I never went in an ambulance before. I can also drive the ambulance without any help.”

“If I could have any job, I would want to be a singer—and a teacher, and a policeman, even the president, because I think they’re all awesome. And I liked to sing and teach and arrest people and boss people around.”

“If I could have any job, I would want to be a police officer because police officers can keep people safe and ride (in) a police car and catch bad guys and control traffic on any roads.”

Kevin

Grade 8

New Cumberland Middle School

“If I could have any job, I would want to be a teacher because I love to watch kids learn. I would be good at it because I love to teach my little brother and sister. I would love to teach first or second grade. It would be awesome because I would have to learn the kids’ names and play games with the first graders. I would love to work at Shepherdstown Elementary in Mechanicsburg. My rules would be to listen to the teacher, sit criss-cross applesauce, no yelling or shouting, pay attention, and don’t run around the classroom. I would be an amazing teacher.”

Caleb Weigel, 11

“If I could have any job, I would want to be a president and NASA owner. If I was the president, I could make the world a better place for all of us. And (as) a part-time NASA owner, we could find new planets, maybe find a planet exactly like ours if the world would come to end—then we can leave to that planet.”

Jaseir Mangus, 8
