  • Scott M. Lacey: 45 days to one day less than two years and a $500 fine for DUI-general impairment; work release authorized. (Oler)
  • David Ruiz-Arzuaga: 10 to 90 days for harassment; work release authorized. (Oler)

Dillsburg

  • Samantha A. Goddin: 30 days to six months and a $750 fine for DUI-high rate. (Masland)

  • Everett J. Potts: 30 days to one year for unlawful possession of marijuana; one day less than two years of probation for obstructing the administration of law or other governmental functions; work release authorized. (Oler)

Harrisburg

  • Gregg Crittonden: One day less than one year to one day less than two years and amounts of $700 and $504.96 in restitution for receiving stolen property. (Guido)
  • Leroy H. Davis: 30 days to six months and a $750 fine for DUI-high rate; 60 days to two years and a $500 fine for DUI-general impairment. (Masland)
  • Michael D. Lee: Two days to 16 months and a $500 fine for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer; three days to six months and a $1,000 fine for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. (Guido)

  • Robert A. Harris: 48 hours to six months and a $500 fine for DUI-high rate. (Masland)
  • Brian F. Landon: One day less than one year to one day less than two years for criminal trespass; a consecutive sentence of 18 months of probation for simple assault; $161.99 in restitution for retail theft. (Brewbaker)

Shippensburg

  • Dylan J. Printz: One day to 23 months and a $300 fine for recklessly endangering another person and dangerous burning. (Guido)
