  • Nickalos G. Gustafson: Five days to six months and a $300 fine for DUI-general impairment; $200 fine for purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of malt or brewed beverages. (Guido)

  • Matthew T. Phillips: Three to 23 months for corruption of minors. (Guido)

Mechanicsburg

  • Stephanie N. Myers: 10 to 30 days, 23 months of probation, and a $500 fine for DUI-general impairment; 90 days and a $1,000 fine for driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked (DUI-related). (Placey)

New Cumberland

  • Bryan F. Gottardy: Six to 23 months for resisting arrest or other law enforcement. (Masland)

Shippensburg

  • Damion G. Davis: Six to 12 months and a $100 fine for simple assault; five to 12 months, one year probation and a $100 fine for strangulation-apply pressure to throat or neck; consecutive. (Peck)
  • John E. Engle: Three days to six months and a $1,000 fine for DUI-highest rate. (Guido)
  • Dakota W. Rowles: 105 days to five years and a $1,500 fine for DUI-high rate; 90 days and a $1,000 fine for driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked (DUI-related). (Placey)
  • Adam J. Serino: Two days to six months and a $500 fine for DUI-high rate. (Placey)

  • Lynette J. Lee: 12 months of probation and a $50 fine for recklessly endangering another person; six months of probation and a $75 fine for unlawful possession of a Schedule II controlled substance; consecutive. (Brewbaker)

  • Corey Palson: 126 to 252 months and $1,945, $3,000, $14,706.31 and $200 in restitution for three counts of drug delivery resulting in death; 27 to 120 months for unlawful delivery, manufacture or possession with intent to deliver heroin; and 33 to 120 months for criminal conspiracy to unlawfully deliver, manufacture or possess with intent to deliver cocaine.
