The following people were sentenced on July 16 in Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas. All sentences include costs and run concurrently with other sentences unless otherwise specified. Probation is unsupervised unless indicated otherwise. Driving under the influence offenses generate different mandatory-minimum sentences based on an offender’s prior convictions in the past 10 years.

Sentenced to Cumberland County Prison

Carlisle

  • Justin L. Barrick: Two days to six months, 12 months of supervised probation and 48 hours of community service for unlawful dissemination of an intimate image. (Placey)
  • Harleigh K. Harley: Three to twelve months, 36 months of probation, 48 hours of community service and a $2,500 fine for unlawful delivery, manufacture, or possession with intent to deliver cocaine. (Placey)

Enola

  • Ricky L. Heckard: Five days to six months and a $300 fine for DUI—general impairment. (Placey)
  • David M. Stepanyan: Thirty days to six months and 24 hours of community service for unlawful possession of a Schedule I controlled substance. (Placey)

Harrisburg

  • David H. Beverlin: Ten days to 23 months for DUI—general impairment; 90 days and a $1,000 fine for driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked (DUI-related). (Peck)

Mechanicsburg

  • Justin C. Meyer: Ninety days to 18 months and a $100 fine for recklessly endangering another person; 84 days credit for time served. (Brewbaker)
  • Scott A. Weaver: Sixty days to six months and a $750 fine for DUI—general impairment with accident. (Placey)

Other

  • Cody B. Lasher (Crosby, Minnesota): Thirty days to six months and a $750 fine for DUI—high rate. (Peck)
  • Matthew R. Malpasse (Mayfield): Eleven to 23 months and 96 hours of community service for aggravated indecent assault. (Placey)

Carlisle

  • Deborah A. Delp: Twelve months of supervised probation and $10,828 in restitution for theft by deception. (Brewbaker)
  • Elizabeth K. Hawk: Twelve months of supervised probation and 48 hours of community service for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. (Placey)
