Sentenced to State Correctional Institute

  • Derick D. Wood (Martinsburg, W.V.): Five to 10 years for unlawful delivery, manufacture, or possession with intent to deliver cocaine. (Placey)

  • William G. Duncan: Three days to six months and a $1,000 fine for DUI-highest rate. (Placey)

Harrisburg

  • Brandon J. Cisler: Three days to six months and a $1,000 fine for DUI-highest rate. (Masland)
  • Arnold A. Cobb: Three days to six months and a $1,000 fine for DUI-highest rate. (Placey)
  • Gregory Ghee: Three to 12 months for criminal conspiracy to commit access device fraud and 18 months of supervised probation for forgery. (Brewbaker)
  • Alexandra M. Goodson: Five days to six months and a $300 fine for DUI-general impairment. (Placey)
  • Giovanni D. Green: Nine to 23 months and a $300 fine for intentional unauthorized purchase; one day credit for time served. (Brewbaker)

Marysville

  • Joshua T. Eidenschink: 30 days and a $1,000 fine for driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked. (Brewbaker)

Mechanicsburg

  • Timothy S. Grimm: Six to 12 months and $3,448.70 in restitution for retail theft. (Placey)
  • Robert L. Vogelsong: 10 days to 24 months and a $500 fine for DUI-general impairment. (Placey)

Newville

  • Devin M. Kennedy: Three days to six months and a $1,000 fine for DUI-highest rate. (Masland)

  • Steven Demetrius Adams (Allentown): Six months of probation and a $300 fine for DUI-general impairment; a $200 fine for drive while operating privilege is suspended or revoked. (Brewbaker)
