  • Cory Stum, 27, of Mechanicsburg, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor simple assault, one count of misdemeanor theft and summary harassment after police said he attacked and pointed a gun at a person during a verbal dispute in the 300 block of Longmeadow Street in Monroe Township on Feb. 25.
  • Between Jan. 7 and Jan. 14, an office in the first block of Big Spring Terrace in West Pennsboro Township was broken into and tools and equipment were stolen.
  • Between 11 a.m. Feb. 5 and 7 a.m. Feb. 6, someone attempted to break into a shed in the first block of Big Spring Terrace in West Pennsboro Township.

  • An 11-year-old student at West Perry Middle School shouted that he was going to “shoot-up the school” during a class at the middle school in the 2600 block of Shermans Valley Road in Spring Township around 11:40 a.m. Feb. 28.
  • Twelve black locust trees were cut down and stolen from a property on Old Trail Road between Feb. 15 and March 1.
  • A 14-year-old boy threatened two 15-year-old boys while on a school bus from West Perry High School in the 2600 block of Shermans Valley Road in Spring Township between 3:15 p.m. and 4 p.m. Feb. 22.
  • The door of a shed on Tolbert Lane was damaged during an attempted burglary between 12 p.m. Feb. 25 and 4:30 p.m. Feb. 26.
  • Around 12:15 p.m. Feb. 24, a mailbox in the 1200 Shull Hill in Tuscarora Township was damaged.
  • Fog lights were stolen from the 100 block of Rye Lane in Carroll Township between Feb. 10 and Feb. 24.
