- Large rocks were thrown through the back windows of two sedans parked in the first block of Conway Street in Carlisle between 2 a.m. and 6 p.m. March 4.

- David Wayne Stratton, 37, of Carlisle, was charged with felony corruption of minors and unlawful contact with minors. Police said he sent inappropriate text messages to a 13-year-old Newville girl around 5:30 p.m. March 1.
- Jacob Scialdone, 21, of West Grove, Pennsylvania, was charged with felony possession with intent to deliver, possession of controlled substance contraband, misdemeanor drug possession, possession of drug paraphernalia and summary speeding following a traffic stop along Interstate 81 north in South Middleton Township around 7:45 p.m. Feb. 25.

- Talisa Chantel Tyler, 29, of Carlisle, was arrested and charged with felony possession with intent to deliver and criminal use of a communications facility. Police said she sold $100 worth of crack cocaine to a confidential information on Oct. 18 near South Pitt and Walnut streets in Carlisle.
