- Alexander Doyle Libby, 26, of Duncannon, on Nov. 15 waived charges of terroristic threats and harassment to higher court in connection with an Oct. 30 incident, police reported on Dec. 2. Police said Libby was accused of making multiple threats to a woman and her mother about 4:40 p.m. Oct. 30.
- Two bicycles were found in a backyard in the first block of North Fifth Street in Newport at 8 a.m. Nov. 30. Police seek the bikes’ owners.
- Someone used a battery-operated drill to drill several holes in the tires of a vehicle in the Pennsylvania Game Commission parking lot in the 3000 block of Valley Road in Rye Township. The incident was reported at 4:20 p.m. Nov. 30.
