Police charged an Upper Allen Township woman with aggravated assault and other offenses for allegedly stabbing a person Thursday during a domestic dispute.

Amanda M. Miller, 34, was arraigned April 5 and committed to the Cumberland County Prison after she was unable to post $30,000 bail.

Officers from the Upper Allen Police Department said they determined Miller was the culprit after arriving at a home on Stonehedge Lane for a domestic violence report. The victim was “suffering from a severe stab wound to their left shoulder,” according to police.

Miller was also charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a search of the home. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 22.
