Lower Allen Township Police have released new surveillance photos of two women they say are connected with the theft of 2,000 pairs of panties from Victoria's Secret this month.

Police said the two women stole $21,000 worth of panties from Victoria's Secret at the Capital City Mall between 3:03 and 3:05 p.m. April 7. Police said they took all the panties on the front display and all of the ones in the drawers below the display. Police said the two women worked together.

Police said one woman appears to be a Hispanic woman with blond hair in a bun, wearing a black T-shirt with an emblem on the front, as well as black pants and sneakers. The other woman is described as a black woman wearing a black T-shirt, black pants and white sneakers.
