Northern York County Regional Police said a York man faces charges he pointed a gun at a manager after being fired from the business Wednesday.
Police said they were called to a business in the 4800 block of North Susquehanna Trail Road in Conewago Township at 1:13 p.m. Wednesday.
Police said Efrain Rivera, 58, was fired and escorted to his vehicle by business management to ensure he left the property. Witnesses said Rivera entered his vehicle, retrieved a box, removed a semi-automatic handgun from the box and pointed out the passenger window at the manager.
No shots were fired, according to police. Rivera fled the scene prior to police arrival.
Police issued an arrest warrant for Rivera and located him Thursday morning.
Rivera was charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct and harassment.
Bail was set at $35,000, which he was unable to post.
He remains in York County Prison, and a preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 10.
