Criminal Justice Stat: Retail theft cases fall substantially

Charged cases of retail theft have fallen roughly 33 percent in Cumberland County since 2014.

This coincides with a decline in charges for most property crimes, according to a review of court records conducted by The Sentinel.

All data was pulled from a search of criminal dockets filed in the Unified Judicial System of Pennsylvania.
