A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a homeless man in Carlisle on the sex offender registry.
Samuel Rose, 28, of Carlisle, is charged with one felony count of failure to comply with Megan’s Law requirements.
Rose, who has been on the registry since 2013, is a 10-year-registrant who last updated his information on Oct. 3.
He is listed as transient, and police said he did not report to state police around Dec. 3 as required to update his registry information.
At least five other people have been charged with failure to comply with sex offender registry requirements in the county this year, according to a search of court records conducted by The Sentinel.
