A suspect wanted in a bank robbery in Ohio was arrested in Carlisle by the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, the organization announced Wednesday.

Andre Jovan Earvin, 31, of Youngstown, Ohio, was wanted in the May 30 robbery of a bank in Youngstown. The Youngstown Police Department obtained an arrest warrant June 3, and the task force said investigators learned Earvin had fled to Carlisle.

Members of the fugitive task force saw Earvin enter a home in the first block of East Louther Street about 4 p.m. Tuesday, and they arrested him without incident.

Earvin was turned over to Carlisle Police to be arraigned as a fugitive from justice. Carlisle Police had also assisted with the arrest, along with the Harrisburg Bureau of Police, Swatara Township Police and Lower Paxton Township Police.
