Concrete repairs and patching will restrict traffic on Interstate 81 near Carlisle over the weekend, PennDOT said.
A contractor will work on a concrete patching operation between 8 p.m. Friday and 6 a.m. Monday, which will restrict northbound traffic to a single lane between mile marker 50 and the Middlesex/New Kingstown exits in Middlesex Township.

The work is part of a $14.7 million contract awarded in June to New Enterprise Stone & Lime Co., which will include road base replacement, asphalt milling and resurfacing on a 10.5-mile section of I-81 in Cumberland County from the bridge over Kutz Road in Penn Township to over the West Trindle Road bridge at the High Street exit in Carlisle.
The project is scheduled to be completed by February 2021.
