Ray D. Hurley, 80, of Gardners passed away Friday February 8, 2013 at his home. Ray was born July 6, 1932 in Carlisle to the late Edgar and Martha Stump Hurley. He retired from Excel Interior Remodeling in Lemoyne. He loved his horses and camping and was an avid woodworker. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Charlotte L. Calaman Hurley. Two daughters Marlene R. (Dean) Yount of Boiling Springs and Elizabeth A. (Charles) Goodyear of Mechanicsburg, and two sons Michael L. Hurley and companion Maria Farr of Gardners and Richard D. Hurley of Gardners; 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; his sister June Brown of Mt. Holly Springs and his brother Marlin Hurley of Carlisle. He was predeceased by his grandson Matthew Yount and a sister Shirley Myers.

Graveside services will be held in the Mt. Holly Springs Cemetery, Tuesday February 12, 2013 at 11:00 AM with Chaplain Tim Wheeler officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to Celtic Healthcare; 220 Wilson St. Suite 100 Carlisle, PA 17013 Arrangements are being handled by the Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory Inc., 501 N.
