Title of book: “Earth To Abram”
Description: It’s the year 3007. Humans now live on Mars and have, in turn, abandoned the planet Earth. When a recent Shuttle trip back to Earth for resources comes back empty, the news spreads to the people that the Earth has officially been depleted. In the midst of all this, there is a 12-year-old outcast named Abram who dreams of a life of adventure. While stuck in his classroom for an undeserved punishment during recess, he discovers that a self-conscious quirk holds a power that could save the human race. What Abram faces next not only forces him to grow up, but also forces him to come to terms with who he really is.
The name “Earth to Abram” also exists as a music project I have. The music themes, although different in nature, tie in to the human elements in the book. My most recent album, “15 Hours in Nashville,” was just released, featuring 15 songs written for every hour spent on a recent trip to Nashville after a tumultuous break up. The album is a story of love, heartache, self discovery and growth (much like the book). It features indie-pop, pop and rock music elements.
Find the book on Amazon.com by searching “Earth to Abram,” and be on the look out for the sequel “Earth to Abram 2” coming late summer 2019. “15 Hours In Nashville” is available at all online music stores.
Date of release: “15 Hours In Nashville” the album released March 22, 2019.
