Yoga studio opens in Silver Spring
Studio B Power Yoga has expanded to the West Shore, opening a fourth location in the region. The new location is in the Trindle Run Center off the Carlisle Pike in Silver Spring Township, near Pure Barre, Starbucks and Chipotle.
The studio opened for business on Oct. 12.
The yoga studio will offer classes for all levels of experience, seven days a week. Classes take place in a heated room, which encourages sweating and detoxification, helping the muscles stretch deeper.
Aside from these power vinyasa classes, the studio will also offer non-heated Yin classes, donation-based classes, children’s yoga and Project YES (Yoga, Empowerment & Self-Esteem), which is created for teenage girls.
