The Township is seeking to amend Chapter 220, Article II, Section 220-2.1. titled
Definitions; word usage, and Article VI, Section 220-6.8. titled Fees and
permits, to amend certain definitions and references to state regulations.
The Township also seeks to amend Chapter 245, Article I, Section 245-1.8.,
Disclaimer; Article II, Section 245-2.1., Word usage and definitions; Article
XIV, Section 245-14.32., Keeping of animals and animal structures, Section
245-14.33., Keeping of chickens or poultry, Section 245-14.34., Keeping of
exotic wildlife; Article XVI, Section 245-16.3., Specific requirements for
accessory structures, buildings and uses; Article XVIV, Section 245-19.9.,
Zoning Hearing Board, Section 245-19.11., Jurisdiction, and Section
245-19.19, Enactment of Zoning Ordinance amendments, and Section

amend, repeal, and add certain definitions; amend references to state laws
andr federal acts; amend terms of office; repeal a section regarding
procedural validity challenges, provide procedures for public notice and
