ALTOONA — Mitchell Tolman hit a walk-off three-run homer with one out in the 12th inning, as the Altoona Curve defeated the Harrisburg Senators 7-4 on Monday in the final game of the season.
The Senators tied the game 4-4 when Darian Sandford hit an RBI single, scoring Victor Robles in the eighth.
Altoona starter J.T. Brubaker went six innings, allowing two runs and five hits. He also struck out six and walked two. Tomas Morales (1-1) got the win with a scoreless inning in relief while Derek Self (4-3) took the loss in the Eastern League game.
Jordan George doubled and singled twice, scoring a run and also driving one home in the win.
For the Senators, Stephen Perez homered and tripled, scoring a couple of runs while also driving home two. Robles doubled twice, also stealing a base.
Harrisburg finished its season with a record of 60-80. Altoona (74-66) won the Western Division and will meet Bowie in the EL semifinals. Trenton and Binghamton from the Eastern Division will meet in the other semifinal series.
