HARRISBURG — Corban Joseph homered twice and doubled, scoring four runs and driving in three as the Harrisburg Senators topped the Richmond Flying Squirrels 7-4 on Wednesday.

Raudy Read homered and singled twice with two RBIs for Harrisburg.

Andrew Robinson got Aramis Garcia to fly out with runners on second and third to end the game for his ninth save of the season.

Harrisburg went up 5-2 in the fourth after Dan Gamache hit a two-run single.

The Flying Squirrels cut into the deficit in the seventh inning when Hunter Cole hit a two-run home run.

The Senators added to their lead in the eighth when Joseph hit a two-run home run.

Harrisburg starter Greg Ross (4-2) picked up the win despite allowing four runs and nine hits over six innings. Opposing starter Dillon McNamara (0-4) took the loss in the Eastern League game after allowing three runs and five hits over 2 2/3 innings.

For the Flying Squirrels, Caleb Gindl homered and doubled, scoring two runs.
