Shippensburg softball (14-9) split its Friday doubleheader with visiting West Chester, dropping the opener 10-7 before winning the second game 6-1. Meghan Klee went 3-for-5 at the plate on the day with a double, three RBIs, three runs and a sacrifice fly. Chloe Collins finished 4-for-8, doubling with an RBI and two runs scored. Shippensburg High School grad Courtney Coy had a pair of hits, drove in three runs and pitched for the third time this season, fanning two in five innings of relief in the first game.
Dickinson baseball won in walk-off fashion after Jonathan Chudacoff tripled in the bottom of the ninth, scoring on a wild pitch to beat Muhlenberg 5-4. Camp Hill product Robbie Thompson's bunt in the fifth wound up an error, allowing Brandon Pell to score. Thompson finished 1-for-2 with a double.
Dylan Maher scored five goals and tallied an assist to lead No. 9 Dickinson men's lacrosse to a 12-7 win over Haverford. Tucker Carney had a hat trick.
Carrie Fix went 3-for-7, driving in three runs and scoring another to lead Messiah softball, now 6-0 in MAC Commonwealth play, to wins of 4-2 and 1-0 over Alvernia.
