In the PSAC Swimming Championships on Wednesday, Shippensburg junior Steph O'Toole posted a 2:01.71 to win the women's 200 IM. The women sit eight out of 12 teams through Day 1, and the men are sixth.
Shippensburg women's basketball fell 79-65 to West Chester despite 26 points from freshman Ariel Jones. She has 15 games with 20 points or more this season.

Messiah women's basketball rolled Stevenson 67-42 behind two double-doubles. Camp Hill grad Leah Springer went for 23 points and 12 rebounds, while Alecia Rohrer was good for 19 and 11.
Messiah baseball blasted Mount Aloysius 17-6, scoring 11 runs in the final four innings. Freshman Trent Culver (Northern) was 3-for-5 with three runs and a walk in the leadoff spot, while Dan Wiederrecht finished 2-for-3 with a two-run home run, two walks, three runs and four RBIs. Camp Hill grad Kyle Wickenheiser was 1-for-2 with two runs and a two-run blast.
