• Cumberland Valley split its dual meet with State College on Wednesday, as the girls won 113-73 to jump into a tie with the Little Lions for second in the Mid-Penn Commonwealth. The SC boys moved into a tie for second by beating CV 132-53. Kayla Barone was again in charge for the girls (3-1, 3-1), winning four events: the 200 IM (2:10.64) and 100 back (1:00.34) along with wins on the 200 medley and 400 free relay squads. Liz Jackson also had a big night for the Eagles, winning the 200 free (1:57.23) and 100 free (54.87). She also helped on the medley and 400 free relay teams, which won in times of 1:53.97 and 3:45.98, respectively. Jacob Deckman picked up the lone boys win for CV in the 200 free (1:44.18).
