Cumberland Valley breezed by Carlisle for a sweep Tuesday, the boys winning 113-63 and the girls 130.5-55.5. Jacob Deckman was his usual self, winning the 200 free and 100 fly in District 3 qualifying times, and aiding in 200 free relay win. Carlisle's Devon Chenot picked up two wins for the boys (400 free relay, 200 IM), getting district times in the IM and 100 fly. On the girls side, Kayla Barone picked up four wins for the Eagles (200 free relay, 200 medley relay, 100 free, 100 breast), putting up Mid-Penn qualifying times in all four.
Others with district times were CV's Liz Jackson (girls 200 IM, 500 free), Logan Skiles (boys 200 IM), Riley Hester (100 fly) and the boys' 200 free relay team.
Shippensburg girls beat Big Spring 106-80 to clinch the Mid-Penn Colonial outright. Big Spring boys beat the Greyhounds 106-77 to claim the Colonial crown with a perfect 6-0 mark as well.
Palmyra girls beat Mechanicsburg 122-48 in a de facto title match to claim the Mid-Penn Keystone with a 7-0 record, while Mechanicsburg dropped to 6-1.
Bishop McDevitt boys claimed the Keystone with a perfect 7-0 mark after beating Milton Hershey 129-22.
