Marlee Starliper's 20:10 set a new course record at Camp Hill as she led Northern to a 21-38 win on Tuesday. Starliper's time was 1:32 ahead of big sis Morgan, with Camp Hill's Kaitlyn Vorkapich in third (21:47). The boys won even more convincingly, 15-50, over the Lions. Reid Weber ran a 19:46 to lead a top-5 sweep by the Polar Bears.
Boiling Springs girls picked up a comfortable win over Waynesboro 16-48, with Abbie Erme (21:47) and Elaina Clancy (21:48) finishing first and second. The Bubblers swept the top four spots in the dual meet. The boys fell 24-31, with Evan Kase finishing second by four seconds to the Indians Noah Scahill (18:05).
Big Spring girls came away with three wins, beating James Buchanan 19-36, Covenant Christian 15-48 and Shalom Christian 15-50. Samantha Crouse coasted to a win with a 21:29, followed by Melanie Macioce (22:12). The boys beat JB 25-32 and Covenant Christian 15-50, but no individual results were available.
