Notes: Blairsville fresh off consecutive losses in District 6, to eventual champ Bishop McCort 37-29 in semis and Bishop Guilfoyle 60-42 in third-place game.

Top players: For the Bobcats: 2015-16 All-State Class A third-teamer Rena Enterline (junior) held to 12 points in last game and averaging 18.1 ppg, 7.2 rebounds, 2.1 steals... Junior Catherine Martin, averaging 12.0 ppg, 3.1 assists... Just one senior on team... For the Lions: NCAA Division I recruit Diamond Bragg scored 20 in District 3 championship and is averaging 21.7 ppg with 49 3-pointers, both team highs... There’s also Sheridan Reid (12.9 ppg, 37 treys) and Passion Bragg (9.9 ppg), who can get hot at any time... Team has 130 3s and shoots 50 percent from the free-throw line.
