JENNERSTOWN, Pa. (AP) — State police have been trying to figure out why one sister died of stab wounds and another was wounded during a confrontation at a southwestern Pennsylvania motel.
Police say Monday that criminal charges have not been filed in the death Friday of 45-year-old Pam Tunstall, of Central City. Police found her stabbed to death Friday night about 200 yards from the Wishing Well Motel in Jennerstown where they say 56-year-old Evelyn Tunstall was found stabbed several times.
She was taken to hospital and police say some of Evelyn Tunstall’s wounds were self-inflicted. Information on her condition was not immediately available Monday.
Police believe the women stabbed one another at the motel, about 50 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.
