PHILADELPHIA — Police say workers at a northeast Philadelphia recycling plant found the body of a man inside a pile of paper materials.

A police spokesman says the 60-year-old victim had a broken right leg and facial injuries.

He was pronounced dead shortly after noon Saturday at the Waste Management plant on Bleigh Avenue.

The name of the victim was not released.

Police are investigating and did not report any immediate arrests.
