Meet Harper and Jade.
Harper is a young beagle who came to Furry Friends in pretty bad shape. Not only was she expecting a litter, but she also had swollen eyes caused by cherry eye. Since then, she has given birth and raised three puppies, who are also available for adoption through Furry Friends Network. She also had surgery to correct her eye problem.
Harper is a sweet, affectionate 1-year-old who is full of fun and energy. She plays wildly with her puppies and is a small beagle, around 20 pounds. She is housebroken and crate-trained and loves being with people. She will make for a wonderful companion.
Jade is a young domestic short hair who was found by herself and unwilling to be rescued. She was scared at first, but after learning she was safe indoors, she started to make herself comfortable.
She remains cautious of new situations, but she is also very curious. Jade also enjoys interacting with other cats in her foster home. She will need some time and patients as she acclimates to her future home.
This kitty has had initial vaccinations, de-worming, flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and has been micro-chipped and altered or will be to be ready for adoption then.
If you can offer Harper and Jade a forever home, please visit the Furry Friends website at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com and complete an application today. Foster homes are needed in order to help more animals like Harper and Jade.
