Meet Gus and Juni.

Gus is about 3 years old and a boxer/lab mix. He is a fun-loving dog despite having a difficult life, having come back into foster care.

Gus didn’t have great stability or socialization early on, so he has some leash reactivity to other animals. His perfect family would be athletic, enjoying walks and continuing with his positive reinforcement and trust development.

He needs to be the only animals in the house since his prey drive is strong. It would be best if the home did not have young children given Gus’ strength.

However, he adores humans and loves to show and get attention. He likes going for rides in cars and is quite a good long-distance car traveler. He also loves to snuggle on the couch and in bed if allowed. He is very comfortable in a crate.

Juni is a young domestic short hair who was born around June 2016. He enjoys cuddling and belly rubs, and he also likes to play with his toys and laser light. He will sleep just about anywhere.

He doesn’t enjoy being carried around, but he does love to be around humans. He lives well with his brother, Floop, and other cats, dogs, a bunny and a lizard.

This kitty has had initial vaccinations, de-worming, flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and has been micro-chipped and altered or will be to be ready for adoption then.

If you can offer Gus and Juni a forever home, please visit the Furry Friends website at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com and complete an application today. Foster homes are needed in order to help more animals like Gus and Juni.
