Meet Charlie and Meela.
Charlie is a 5-year-old Golden Retriever who spent his life chained to a rickety, weed-covered barn. Yet, he is a loving and gentle soul who wants to please humans.
Charlie gets along with other dogs, though it is unknown how he will be with cats and young children. He has been neutered and has received all needed vaccines and bloodwork. He has also been microchipped.
Meela is an adult short-hair cat who hasn’t experienced many comforts of a home before coming to the Furry Friends Network. She is looking for a patient home where she can make herself comfortable. She would do best in a quiet home without small kids or dogs.
She’s learning the ins and outs of indoor living but has discovered she loves wet cat food. She’ll need a little time to shine.
This kitty has had initial vaccinations, de-worming, flea preventative, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, and has been micro-chipped and altered or will be to be ready for adoption then.
If you can offer Charlie and Meela a forever home, please visit the Furry Friends website at www.furryfriendsnetwork.com and complete an application today. Foster homes are needed in order to help more animals like Charlie and Meela.
