Driving under the influence (DUI) offenses generate different mandatory-minimum sentences based on an offender’s prior convictions in the past 10 years.

Sentenced to State Correctional Institute

Mechanicsburg

• Santi Thiphavong: Two to 5 years and $10,000 fine for DUI, highest rate; 1 to 5 years and $2,500 fine for driving while under suspension-DUI-related. (Ebert)

Camp Hill

• Joseph Lee Frey Jr.: Five days to 6 months, $300 fine and 24 hours of community service for DUI, second offense. (Placey)

• Jeremy Brian Fish: Six to 12 months for unlawful possession of Schedule I controlled substance-Heroin. (Guido)

• Joshua Elijah Edward Slavin: Three days to 6 months and $1,000 fine for DUI; $25 fine for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. (Ebert)

• Joshua Michael Culley: Six to 18 months, $500 fine and restitution of $440 for unlawful delivery, manufacture, possession with intent to deliver a Schedule I controlled substance-Marijuana; 11-1/2 to 23 months and $300 fine for criminal use of communication facility; $100 fine for unlawful possession of small amount of marijuana. • David Brian Morrison: Six to 16 months and restitutions of $1,000 and $3,082 for criminal conspiracy to burglary-not adapted for overnight accommodation-no person present. (Guido)
