Larry R. Sheller: Three months to 2 years and a $500 fine for DUI; costs for criminal mischief; 60 days and a $500 fine for driving while under suspension-DUI-related. (Masland)

Michael Flickinger: Five days to 6 months and a $300 fine for DUI, second offense; a $25 fine for driving on roadways laned for traffic. (Guido)

Stephen Anthony Nies II: One to 18 months for simple assault, credit of 36 days. (Guido)
