Michael J. Hartman: Three hundred sixty-four days to 729 days, 24 months’ probation and 48 hours of community service for sexual abuse of children; 364 days to 729 days, 24 months’ probation and a $500 fine for sexual abuse of children. (Placey)

Donald Ross Smiley: Five days to 6 months and a $500 fine for DUI, second offense; 90 days’ probation for disorderly conduct. (Guido)
