Israel David Cuevas-Pedraza: Fourteen months to 7 years for fleeing or attempting to elude police officer; 72 hours to 6 months and a $1,000 fine for DUI-controlled substances; a $200 fine for driving while under suspension. (Guido)

Oscar Wayne Cover: One to 5 years for simple assault; 1 to 3 years for person not to possess/use firearms-delinquent, consecutive, credit of 2 days. (Masland)
