Probation is unsupervised unless indicated otherwise. Driving under the influence (DUI) offenses generate different mandatory-minimum sentences based on an offender’s prior convictions in the past 10 years.

Sentenced to State Correctional Institute

Carlisle

Thomas Eugene Baughman: Eighteen months to 5 years for DUI, highest rate, second offense; 90 days for driving while under suspension-DUI-related with alcohol in system. (Guido)

Stephen James Cross: Five days to 6 months and a $300 fine for DUI, second offense. (Masland)

Carlisle

Kevin Michael Fordham: Five days to 6 months and a $300 fine for DUI, second offense; 60 days, a $500 fine and 30 days’ electronic monitoring for driving while under suspension-DUI-related. (Brewbaker)

Brandon Lashaun Grey: One day to 12 months for theft by unlawful taking or disposition. (Guido)

David Jeffrey Hoerner: Five days to 6 months and a $300 fine for DUI, second offense. (Peck)

Robert Lee Leach: Twenty-three days to 24 months, less 1 day and a $50 fine for simple assault; 1 year probation and a $50 fine for recklessly endangering another person. (Brewbaker)

Danielle Marie Line: Twenty-one days to 15 months and a $100 fine for resisting arrest or other law enforcement; six months’ probation and a $300 fine for DUI, credit of 21 days. (Brewbaker)
