Holly Ann Morse: Three days to 6 months and $1,000 fine for DUI-controlled substance. (Hess)

Daniel Phillip Ruppert: Two to 5 years and $500 fine for statutory sexual assault (11 or more years older); 5 years’ probation and $200 fine for corruption of minors, consecutive; 2 years’ probation and $200 fine for indecent exposure. (Brewbaker)

Roger Lee Keefer: Ninety days to 2 years, 3 years’ probation and $1,500 fine for DUI, high rate; 60 days and $500 fine for driving while under suspension-DUI-related. (Placey)

Candace Lyn O’Donnell: Twenty days to 18 months and $50 fine for identity theft; costs for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. (Ebert)

Roxanne Mohler: Nine to 23 months, 36 months’ probation and restitutions of $31,683 and $25,000 for theft by unlawful taking or disposition. (Placey)

Scotty Allen Oysterman: Seven and one-half to 18 months and $300 fine for causing or risking catastrophe. (Brewbaker)

Austin Anthony Ambrosio: Six to 23 months and $100 fine for theft by unlawful taking or disposition; 6 to 23 months and $50 fine for simple assault. (Placey)
