Mohamed Moustafa Ali, 19, of Lower Allen Township, was charged with felony robbery, misdemeanor simple assault and theft by unlawful taking, and summary criminal mischief after a robbery at Memorial Park in Lemoyne Monday evening. Police said they received a call around 5:30 p.m. from a man who was meeting up with Ali to purchase items from him. The victim reported that Ali arrived, struck him several times then took cash and a watch. Ali also threw the victim’s cellphone on the ground, damaging it, police said. Ali was identified as a suspect and taken into custody at his residence.

Around 9:45 a.m. Oct. 15, Lynell D. Pigford, 32, of Philadelphia, was injured when his 2013 Chevrolet Impala struck a utility pole along Bloserville Road in West Pennsboro Township and overturned.

Donna M. Seiber, 71, of Millerstown, was injured when she failed to negotiate a right hand curve while traveling west on Newport Road in Oilver Township around 3 p.m. Oct. 23 and struck an embankment.
Around 7:30 a.m. Oct. 12, someone attempted to forcibly open the rear door of a home on Bailey Run Street in Miller Township.
Copper materials were stolen from an energy communication station on Millers Gap Road in Rye Township between 10:43 p.m. and 11 p.m. Oct. 8.
Around 8 p.m. Sept. 16, a 15-year-old child threatened to shoot another juvenile while holding a gun on Main Street in Blain. Police did not release any further details.
Money was stolen from a business in the first block of Free Spirit Drive in Tyrone Township on Oct. 1.
Harry L. Barkley, 94, of Newport, was injured when he struck a utility pole on Keystone Way in Centre Township in a 2001 Chevrolet Malibu around 6 a.m. Oct. 19.
