Middlesex Township Police (717-249-7191)

Tracy Pasch, 38, of Carlisle, was charged with one count of providing false identification to police after a traffic stop on Oct. 6.

Nathan Burchfield, 45, of Landisburg, was charged with DUI, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and obstruction of justice after a traffic stop Oct. 6. Police said he refused to follow police instructions. He remains in Cumberland County Prison on $40,000 bail.

Krystal Gail Driver, 30, of Carlisle, was charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice following an Oct. 5 incident at the Red Roof Inn. Police had been called to the business to investigate a suspicious person. Police said Driver refused to provide identification or cooperate with police. She remains in Cumberland County Prison on $50,000 bail.

West Shore Regional Police (238-9676)

Wilfredo Ito Cruz, 42, of Harrisburg, was charged with retail theft and resisting arrest after an incident at 12:20 p.m. Oct. 10 at the Rite Aid on Market Street. Employees had seen a man, later identified as Cruz, take more than $260 worth of Gillette razor cartridges and try to leave. Cruz fled on foot when officers arrived at the scene. After a foot pursuit, he was taken into custody, and the stolen property was recovered. He remains in Cumberland County Prison on $10,000 bail.

Carlisle Police (717-243-5252)

Myra M. Cox, 49, of Carlisle, was charged with access device fraud and theft by deception after police said she made four withdrawals on a debit card belonging to a resident in the 400 block of North Hanover Street. The total of the withdrawals was $320.

Adam Mustafa, 23, of Harrisburg, was charged with felony counts of forgery, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, identity theft and unauthorized use of an access device on Oct. 4. The charges stem from a June 6 report of a wallet stolen from a residence of Stanwix Circle. The wallet contained the victim’s identification and debit card. The investigation revealed several ATM withdrawals in excess of $9,000. Mustafa was a friend of the victim and had access to the victim’s wallet, according to police. He remains in Cumberland County Prison on $9,000 bail.

State Police at Newport (717-567-3110)

A package containing pills in an unlabeled bag was found in a mailbox on Shermans Valley Road in Southwest Madison Township at 3 p.m. Sept. 25.

A vehicle was stolen from the 3000 block of Shermans Valley Road in Tyrone Township between 8:10 a.m. and 9:15 a.m. Oct. 4. The vehicle was recovered on Oct. 8.
