William Tullis, 39, of Carlisle, was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment after a domestic incident at 3:50 a.m. Oct. 29 in the first block of Veterans Way. Police said Tullis had assaulted a woman, causing visible bodily injury, and also threatened to kill her during the incident.
Kristopher Aaron Davison, 25, of Carlisle, was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after an incident in the first block of North Pitt Street at 11:46 p.m. Oct. 28. Police said officers on a foot patrol saw Davison being escorted out of Alibi’s by security staff. When police moved to take him into custody for public drunkenness, he physically resisted.
Faleshia Amanda Ronan, 26, of Mechanicsburg, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and public drunkenness after officers on foot patrol found her stumbling down a sidewalk in the first block of North Pitt Street at 1:46 a.m. Oct. 28. When arresting Ronan for public drunkenness, police said they found her in possession of Adderall without a prescription.
Samantha Ross, 26, of Carlisle, was charged with DUI and careless driving after police said she struck a parked vehicle at North Spring Garden Street at East North Street at 12:18 a.m. Oct. 25. Police arrested her after she performed a series of field coordination exercises.

Wade Antonio Roussaw, 33, of Carlisle, was charged with DUI controlled substance, DUI highest rate of alcohol, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, flight to avoid apprehension and summary traffic offenses after a car crash in the 1700 block of Harrisburg Pike at 1:48 p.m. Oct. 28. Police said Roussaw fled the crash, but was located a short time later in the 1100 block of the Harrisburg Pike. He was found in possession of suspected marijuana. Police seek witnesses to the crash. Roussaw posted $49,000 bail.
Shippensburg Police (717-532-7361)
Jonathan Ray Ware, 37, of Hagerstown, Maryland, was charged with burglary, criminal trespass and criminal mischief after an incident at 5:16 a.m. Oct. 20 in the 100 block of North Penn Street. A resident heard someone banging on the door and the glass breaking, and she called police. Police arrived and found Ware in the home. Police said Ware admitted not knowing who lived there and that he broke the window to gain entry. Police found a woman’s wallet on the floor and rummaged through, though nothing was stolen. Ware was arrested and later posted $10,000 bail.

Police are investigating a hit-and-run in which a pedestrian was struck and injured in the 7000 block of Wertzville Road at 6:54 p.m. Oct. 29 after the person was trying to clear a tree from the road. The driver of the vehicle was described as a stocky, white man in his 60s who had gray hair and was balding. He was driving a white Ford hatchback, likely a Ford Fiesta, and was last seen traveling west on Wertzville Road. Police said the man fled the scene shortly after striking the pedestrian. Police seek information.
State Police at Carlisle (717-249-2121)
Lee Thomas Wells, 26, of Shippensburg, was cited with driving while privilege is suspended or revoked, failure to give information or notify police and failure to drive on roadways laned for traffic after a hit-and-run crash on Neil Road near Airport Road in Southampton Township at 11:18 a.m. Oct. 30. Police said Wells was driving a 2006 Ford F350 south on Neil Road when his vehicle left the road and struck a utility pole, knocking it over. Wells fled the scene but left a friend to take responsibility for the crash. Police determined Wells was the driver and charged him. His friend was cited with false reports.
A cellphone was taken from Sunbeam Court in Shippensburg Township around 2:15 a.m. Oct. 22.
A vehicle was damaged on Richard Avenue, Shippensburg Township, between Sept. 7 and Sept. 8, police reported Oct. 30.
A Playstation gaming console and a video game were stolen from an unlocked residence in the 300 block of Mountainview Road in Dickinson Township between 3:43 a.m. and 4:44 a.m. Sept. 30, police reported Oct. 30.
State Police at Newport (717-567-3110)
David Burkey Jr., 23, of York, was charged with resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness after police said Burkey attempted to flee on foot from police to avoid being arrested for public drunkenness in the 400 block of South State Road, Marysville, at 7:45 a.m. Oct. 28. Burkey was apprehended and remains in prison on $1,000 bail.
A 13-foot aluminum boat that was parked in the 200 block of North High Street, Duncannon, was stolen on Oct. 3. Police seek information.
An egg was thrown at a window of a home on Weavers Mill Road, Tyrone Township, at 9:16 p.m. Oct. 24.
