Police say a man stole more than $600 worth of Gillette Fusion & Power Glide refills from the Giant Food Store in Howe Township, Perry County, between 12:37 p.m. and 12:42 p.m. Wednesday.

State police at Newport say a white man entered the grocery store and went immediately to the men’s razor display. He placed large quantities of the razor refills in a bag that he had concealed in his hoodie, according to police.

The man then briefly stopped by the customer service desk and asked about a job application before leaving the store with more than $600 worth of the razors, police said.

The man left the store in a vehicle, which had another white man wearing a beige jacket in the front passenger seat, according to police. The only description of the vehicle was a white 2-door vehicle with a blue roof, police said.

The man in the store was described as white, about 6’ tall and wearing a red hoodie, blue jeans and shoulder length dark hair that was pulled back in a ponytail. Police say he also had a small moustache and was visibly balding in the back of his head.
