A Marysville man has been charged in connection with two West Shore burglaries.

On Sept. 23, West Shore Regional Police responded to two nonactive burglaries in Lemoyne to find copper piping and electrical wire had been stripped from the building, according to West Shore Regional Police.

The incident caused major damage to the building, police said.

An investigation identified Hoffman as a suspect and he was arrested Wednesday.

Hoffman is being held in Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $7,000 bail.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Oct. 4 in front of Magisterial District Judge Mark Martin.
