Carlisle police are looking for two people they say stole $170 in a quick change theft at Subway in the 1900 block of Ritner Highway at 4:35 p.m. Sunday.

Police say a black man and a black woman entered the store, purchased a sub and requested change. The man confused the clerk with questions and multiple money exchanges, according to police.

Overall, $170 was taken during the theft, police said.

The man is described as a light-skinned black man, about 5’9” with a thin build and wearing dark English style hat, dark pea coat and dark pants. The woman had longer hair and was wearing a white coat with fur around the hood, a scarf, blue jeans and brown boots.

The two left in a dark colored passenger car.

Police ask anyone with information to contact them at 243-5252.
